By accessing or using DumpTheRinos.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DumpTheRinos is a civic engagement platform that helps users identify, track, and organize around their elected congressional representatives. The Service includes district lookup, representative profiles, posse membership, event coordination, and related features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant DumpTheRinos a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of representative data, election dates, or other civic information displayed on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DumpTheRinos and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
